We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual with a strong inclination towards design. As an AutoCAD Technician, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring utmost focus and concentration to deliver exceptional results across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in AutoCAD and cabinetry design to create visually appealing and functional designs.
• Develop innovative PowerPoint presentations that effectively showcase design concepts to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and communicate effectively to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
• Coordinate and liaise with various trades involved in the design process to ensure seamless execution.
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code, particularly in relation to Part 9 regulations, to ensure compliance with safety and design standards.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings to facilitate effective communication and execution of design plans.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and cabinetry design is essential.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and trades.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code, particularly in relation to Part 9 regulations, to ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

• Develop strong relationships with appliance suppliers and stay informed about their product offerings and updates.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations when selecting appliances, particularly in relation to safety and performance.
• Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the appliances industry, including a deep understanding of different product categories and brands.
• Proven ability to identify and recommend new products and brands that can enhance unique design concepts.
